Works well. A bit slow but nothing that will get anyone too annoyed. I would say the only downside of the 10' is that it's pretty heavy. But the upside is that my daughter won't carry it around with the potential of dropping it. Overall, great tablet for the price!

tablets worked great until the slightest pressure cracks the screen. I did not notice any of these other poor reviews prior (maybe they were not available when I purchased this item around Christmas 2023) but I believe the issue with asking for help is because they're refurbished items. there's problems within the system to try to get them returned or replaced. I've called, I've walked in the store. I've asked both the customer service department and the tech department and the people on the phone sending me around in circles. I didn't even want my money back. I wanted my child to have a tablet that functioned properly and last more than 60 days. not to mention they do not sell screen protectors for this item in the store. I feel even if I had purchased the protection plan, I'd have run into even more issues trying to use it just because they can't match my reciept to the code on the box. or do anything with my order in the store.

Don't buy restored the screen is already glitching.

it doesn't work you can't put Wi-Fi on it I want to return it
