Restored onn. ONA19TB002 Android Tablet 8" 2GB Ram + 16GB Rom (Refurbished)

Just recieved the two that I ordered. They're working just like a brand new one. One arrived with the screen protector on it. The second one arrived a day later. No screen protector on this one but I've purchased one for it. Love both of them. Also I was super thrilled to discover when I purchased these that I was able to purchase protection plans for each. Very happy with my purchase.

It's fast.. Clear..a food buy for your money

Even when it's off it only holds a charge for about 12 hours and then the battery is dead. No way to contact anyone to let them know, our only choices is to return it and try to find another present in time for Christmas

Did not work is blocked under previous owner

I was very disappointed in this "refurbished" tablet that was not in condition to be resold not even by Walmarts trade in service. I know for any trade ins you sell to them has to have minimal cosmetic damage. A few scratches may be ok but otherwise the overall condition needs to be close to perfect. What i received in the mail was a device that clearly must have slipped through the screening process. Because the bottom corner is clearly broken. Enough to where the outside of the tablet housing is separated like someone forced the back off thinking the back was supposed to come off or something. Now does it work? Yes but takes a while to charge. But it was for my daughter and she was without a tablet for 2 weeks (because of a warranty department hold up not because of Walmart) so anything that was functional worked for her even though I could see a little disappointment in her eyes because of the condition it arrived in. Just to add the box was not damaged so thus was not a shipping error it was clearly shipoed out that way. Not to leave just negative remarks here, I must say there time from order to arrival was way ahead of the scheduled delivery time. I ordered on Wednesday evening and it said it would arrive the following week on Tuesday. And it actually arrived on Friday afternoon. So 4 days early.

this tablet won't keep a charge, if freezes to the point of not being able to use it regularly..... i bought this tablet for my toddler and he hasn't been able to use it at all......

This item won't turn back on after 2 days of using it. What a waste of money. I would like to know how I can get an exchange or refund?

Don't purchase. I consider them to be limited use and cheap throw away devices.
