I purchased this as a refurbished unit, as it was on sale. The unit did not arrive with any original packaging, but had the assembly instructions and all the parts of the unit were included. It was very easy to assemble and seems quite rugged compared to other electric units.

Great for doing small ice cleaning but if it's more than 4 inch snow this will not work. Otherwise great product for easy use

Thought this was a good deal purchasing this refurbished snowblower. It was nothing short of garbage. I barely had 1 inch of snow and it spit it out everywhere from underneath leaving more of a mess than what I started with. Hardly any snow came out of the nozzle on top rendering it useless. A waste of time and money spent. 🗑

I wish there was a Zero star rating. I ordered a Sno-Jo snow thrower in November 2023, received in December 2023. Box was beat up when it arrived. Most of the parts in the accessory bag were missing. Called customer service who said the accessory bag was out of stock but would ship when it came in. It is almost March 2024 and I still have not received the accessories (which are bolt, handles, washers and nuts). My account says “Processing“. The snowblower is in the garage still not assembled. Snow season when I could have used it is basically over. A total waste of money!
