Restored Samsung 40" Class 4K (2160P) Smart LED TV (UN40MU6290) (Refurbished)

This 75" bad boy replaced a 5yo Samsung 46" 1080p TV. Wow! What a difference! The color is spot on and the blacks very black. I'm a semi-pro photographer and using a USB flash drive, 16mp photos are amazing! The sound is surprisingly quite good too. My only nit-pick is the remote is not backlit.

We are very happy with this TV! The price was great and the picture is off the charts - wow!

I bought this TV about 1 month ago,after spending my time trying to find the perfect TV and I found it, I dont have a TV service so I rely on Netflix, Hulu and so forth for my entertainment and this TV is perfect for my family. I also have a Samsung phone so I am able to mirror my phone to the TV! Love my TV and so does my family!

I purchased this TV online at Sam's Club the day before Thanksgiving. It arrived December 1. Delivery required an appointment. Scheduling was a little difficult, but it all worked out. Sam's Club packaged the TV box inside another plain box. TV setup was very easy. I do not have cable or satellite, so OTA is my only choice. It picked up all of the available channels. The guide is fabulous. I have internet and after logging in to my router I was able to surf the internet. What a great TV!

We ordered this tv online and signed up for the delivery. Everything was perfect. The delivery went well and it was easy to get the tv up and running. We were able to get a great deal on this because we bought it on Black Friday. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for these same specs.

I bought this Samsung on the strength of my experience with the brand and my current main TV. The user interface is very well done and I couldn't ask for more from the actual display. The only issue I have is the inability of the machine to keep a connection to WiFi. The connection has never dropped during viewing and I am not absolutely certain the connection EVER really drops, but this TV is in a bedroom and every day when I turn it on, it says the WiFi connection has dropped. If I wait a couple minutes it is back and fine and has no issues even if watching for hours, so I doubt the connection ever drops, but it is a bit disappointing to see the same message every time I turn on the tv. Overall, I highly recommend this TV. I would buy it again.

After a month of using I have had to call support. When turning on the tv, the bottom half of the screen is dim like the LED bar on the bottom isn't on for about 5 minutes and then the light suddenly comes on and everything is normal. Now it's a waiting game to see what will happen through support as they said they have to research the issue.

The sound studdered and the picture would freeze. It would turn off and turn on by itself. Really!

We Googled and YouTube on how to adjust setting on this TV for 2 hours. Samsung was not help either. We could not get the picture to ever look crisp and clear. It was horrible the picture was so fuzzy it made you feel like you needed glasses. We returned this product and are in no hurry to find a New 4K TV.

When I first turned the television on - My wife and I heard a crackle in the sound system....I lasted for a day or two. With that in mind - we returned the television to the local Sam's Club. I really didn't make the effort to discover what the problem was.
