Restored Samsung Galaxy Note20 128GB N981U Unlocked (Refurbished)

multiple chips/dents in corners on screen and across camera lens. also has a pixel that occasionally likes to flash. delayed shipping. probably wont purchase another without knowing their definition of "good condition"

Bought the phone, as a replacement for the same model, which I bought from a different company. This one was less expensive, since it advertised in a lesser condition (theirs was "excellent" this one "good"); nonetheless, this one came in a much better condition than the other, plus arrived on time! Very happy with my purchase. Thank you guys!

its practically brand new.. i only have a minor battery issue and honestly its probably my own reckless use. i have no regrets

device was used had a slight scratch on the screen and a little wear on the back on the phones but with a good case you cant tell. phone powers on and works really good! also battery life is really good as well! almost like a brand new phone. definitely worth the buy i 100% recommend and would buy another phone from them in the Future. Joygoods youre the real MVP!

the description says good condition yet the phone is covered in scratches screen included I wouldnt call that good condition reached out to seller all they said was I could send it back and get a refund once the phone was returned which is what I'm doing its not worth it found one on amazon the same price

This is not a normal Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I have bought a bunch of cases for it that are made for that phone and they are all too big. I compared it to my broken one and it is definitely smaller. Crud. Have to return it. I knew the price was too good to be true.

The phone does not work well, I can't find a case to fit it. I cannot receive or make any calls on my cell phone. I went to my near by Metro CPS and they said that I had no sim card. So then I tried to get them to put one in for but it rejected each everyone of them.

This Galaxy Note 20 exceeded my expectations. And the price was a goodprice.

2nd time buying from this company. this yime i thought id have to return the phone bc the fingerprint senor wasn't working. After a few weeks it decided to work. I received my phone quickly in the mail as well

phone will not stay connected to network. nothing but problems with it since it arrived. had to go back to my old phone until I find something else.
