received my phone in a timely fashion and flawless condition. I don't have the cash for a brand new, latest phone so I always buy refurbished, I never had an issue with anything refurbished I bought.

i purchased 2 phone at one time . A s10 and S20 plus. The S10 was perfect , the S20 had some missing functions so I returned it to my local Walmart without any problems and purchase another. I am still awaiting waiting for my refund , but my NEW new S20 seems to be great!

samsung is one of the best products on the market. Refurb usually is the way to go. However, we think the problem here was cracked screen and when it was repaired, maybe it was not done correctly or something? Obviously, we are not techs so we are not good at this, but all we know is there are two pretty good sized cracks on the phone and it has not been dropped and has a case on it. Other then that, it has good service, it was unlocked and works with dad's service.

This phone is cracked and chipped all the way round with a large chip and the at bright corner. the screen has a small Scratch right where you put your fingerprint so it Don't recognize my fingerprint. I did not recognize my fingerprint. I did not receive a stylist or pinned to go with my phone like the photo suggested I would it's just more or less a $100 phone and not what I paid for. By the time I received the phone which took forever I had no choice but to use the phone because my phone was already Retired and Working from home and a mother I needed a phone immediately.

I sent the phone out on February 20th, and yesterday June 11th, I just recieved word that the phone longer powers on. I walked the person through the basic troubleshooting such as: try powering with charger, powering with different chargers, powering with force reset (pwr dwn vol), and from bios (pwr up vol). All of these did not work. Pretty sad how it did not even make it to 6 months.

I ordered this phone because it said unlocked. When I went to set the phone up , I noticed it kept saying T-Mobile. i went into settings and it qouldnt let me unlock it, so I called T-Mobile. They said they couldnt unlock the phone because the phone hasn't been paid for!! This seller is selling phones that are what? Stolen?!? I tried to contact the seller and I couldnt reach them. Walmart had to refund the money back to me!

I had to return it since it wasnt able to connect to Tmobile services. Kept saying it was for Verizon only.
