Restored Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0-inch 8GB, SM-T230 (Refurbished)

Product was fine, but shipping was terrible. I cannot believe the Tablet arrived in one piece and apparently not damaged based on the way it was shipped. The box was literally just dropped ion an over sized shipping envelope with no protection. Unbelievable!

I love my apple iPhone and iPad however the price on this tablet made me give it a try. So far I have been very pleased and happy with it. Be sure and have a gmail/Google account before you set it up. It pretty much runs with Google. I may need to buy another for my wife so we don't fight over it. :)

I bought this as an alternative to a more expensive iPad mini to use as a GPS while in flight. With the Flight Pro app in Google Play, it does the job as well as the iPad mini. The software is free, although registration and a monthly fee (~$10) is required for the moving map function. The tablet has exceptional graphics, and the processor can easily keep up with the changing environment. Battery life is very good, lasting longer than any flight I will be taking. The only thing I didn't like about the tablet is that, without a protective case on it, it is very slick and difficult to hold onto if you don't have giant hands. It tends to slide around a lot if not in a holder or case. Minor issue unless it falls on the floor while being used for GPS functions. Over all, I would recommend this tablet to anyone looking for something cheaper than the iPad. The Android apps are plentiful and useful, and many are free. I wasn't disappointed, and I don't think anyone else would be unless you're just set on having an iPad. This isn't an iPad, but it isn't $300-$400, either.

I am in love with this tablet. It's just like my Samsung Galaxy s4 phone. I love how I can link them together. This tablet is very fast and I would recommend it to everyone.

This tab just blows away the Galaxy Tab 3, its actually useable now and just really snappy (Also it just looks cool)

Battery is good and very fast I added 16 GB and it works excellent very good with wifi signals

has most features you'd want in a 7 inch tablet... front and rear cameras do a good job for video chatting/conferencing and photos... user manual says there are voice command for camera, but this is not true.... buttons (power, volume) are narrow and can be kinda hard to find, although I got a hard protective case which makes buttons easier to find and and press

Great visuals like on the Tab 3. Same size and shape as the 3 so that generic case is going to fit them both. The only real difference in layout is there is a single speaker on the back instead of the two on the "bottom" flanking the charge port. I find myself holding it in such a way that I obscure the speaker. Even with it unblocked there is only about 75% of the volume of the Tab 3 and that is just insufficient for comfortable listening to music or watching movies. That is the main reason for knocking it down to 4 of 5 in all categories. External Bluetooth speakers (or headphones) are a must for music or movies and for all that I might as well carry my laptop. The quad-core CPU is noticeably quicker over the previous version. The draw back, of course, is a shorter battery life BUT I have yet to notice the back getting hot like the Tab 3 did. PHEW! Okay, with all that being said I am reasonably happy with my new tablet and would recommend to friends and family. I'm just waiting for them to hack the price by 25% for Black Friday!! My luck.

I enjoy this product. I really love the kids mode feature for when I allow my kids on it. They are only able to use the apps available on the screen and there must be a pass code to get off kids mode. It's a convenient size to travel with and watch Netflix.

I'm a fan of Samsung products. This tablet was a gift for my son. I have a Galaxy S4 phone, and the tablet is similar to my phone, so it was super easy for him to get the hang of. It's not bulky, even with the case I got for it, and I like that I can add a MicroSD card for more memory.
