it arrived in perfect condition without risks practically new, it was just without the original box and without the leather strap, but it had another strap and I didn't care about that. I loved the smartwatch thank you very much for the great delivery

I love my watch. I use it everyday. It came in early. The only problem that I with it is that it disconnects from my phone at random. But I guess because it is a LTE and i don't have service for it yet.

came in super quickly, was exactly what my mom was wanting/needing, perfect size for those with eye problems you can make the face really big for them to see.

The watch works fine but it came with a wrong band size making it impossible to wear. I had to buy a new band because I received no answer from the seller. Sadder because it was a Christmas gift, so embarrassing

Came with a cheap non original wrist band and the battery does not hold charge as long as my original did that I broke. Decent deal for price tho

If you are looking for a watch that will use you for your running or walking (as the name- active suggests)- don't bother. The distance measurements of the watch are way way off. I don't know if the item that I received was just faulty or is it that way in all Samsung watches but it shows completely wrong distance measurements, which makes it useless as a running watch. You could live with that if the smart watch functions were perfect but no. On the smart watch front too, the watch keeps disconnecting from the smartphone all the time which makes it unreliable for messages and notifications. Other than that in the spotify app you can't fast forward a track. In sum, after so many years of smartwatch production by samsung you would have expected better reliability but it still feels like a half baked product.

I bought this watch and it wouldn't number sync to my phone it would not link to the cellular account
