So far, so good. The remote is the easiest to use ever.
Television is working great. Beautiful picture. Very satisfied.
Came in box brand new no issues
I love my new 65 inch im getting another soon thank god because my stuff was stolen
You can't beat the price. Everything works. HDR is lacking. That's my only complaint. Therefore only four stars. One of the legs would not fit properly because it wasn't machined right at the factory. I was able to remove the extra piece of metal with a flathead screwdriver. No need to return the TV for a simple problem like that.
I cancelled my order, I got a new one instead. Not very impressed. Remote didn't work for about 2 weeks, even now sometimes push it many times before it changes channels, volume, shotting off, etc,. Not as sharp as expected.
This review is for the refurbished version. I'm happy with the tv but it did not come with a remote or screws for the tv legs. The price discount isn't enough to make up for these discrepancies on top of getting a refurb - could have gotten a brand new tv with all the parts plus a Google home mini (promotion at the time I got mine) for a few bucks more. Also, the tv only has 3 HDMI ports instead of the advertised 4. It would have been a major pita to return and when I tried to contact Walmart customer service, I chose "call me back" and they never did, so I just bought my own remote. Other than that so far I'm happy with the quality of this ceptre tv (the S is missing on the front of mine) - just wish I'd gotten the new one.
So the tv looked good as far as size but after opening it and plugging it inthe screen was cracked.
Only 5 months of use and its out. I barely use my tv because I am always working and get home late. Now that I am on my Xmas vacations, i am using the tv more often. Tonight i put on a movie, went to the kitchen to make popcorn and when I came back, no picture, there is sound but screen is completely black. I knew buying a refurbished TV was a risk but i guess i was expecting a little more usage time on it.
