Restored Sony OEM Metallic Gold PS3 Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller For PlayStation 3 (Refurbished)

Arrived in a box with zero padding, did not function properly out of box and I had to open it up and clean all the contacts with iso and duster. Went to go charge it a week or so later and the battery won't hold a charge. For 60 bucks I expect a working controller that requires zero maintenance. Now I have to track down a battery and install. OEMs are really hard to find and this guy is taking advantage of customers by not refurbishing the controller as stated in description. Seller needs to tighten up. I don't want a refund. I don't want a replacement (I would most likely be sent a non oem). What I want is for people to stop being dishonest and taking advantage of the market. To the seller, do not bother sending me a message or asking me to change my review. You have inconvenienced me enough.
