Restored Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Industry Leading Noise Canceling Headphones, Silver (Refurbished)

I bought these headphones five years ago and they are unparalleled in quality and design. The sound quality is rich and true. The app is awesome. Well worth the money. The noise cancelling and battery life is remarkable especially on long flights.

I love these. They're so comfortable, great sound quality, and noise canceling is top notch. I love these new colors and shape, comparable to beats and apple but for much less. Just excellent value. The buttons take some getting used to, but after rereading the instructions I've gotten them figured out. I've worn them on a 4 hour flight and was comfortable the entire time. I like the pass through sound, being able to toggle back and forth is great. They're easy to connect between my work laptop, my phone, and my personal devices. Great sound quality of my voice when on the phone or on zoom calls, no tin sound quality or anything, no echo.

Bought it for a couple months and have been really impressed about it so far. Really love the sound, The noise cancelling is good even on a flight The mic is good for con-call too The only downside is that the container is big and harder for carrying around. And my ears get hot after a couple hours of wearing.

I've used many earbuds and headphones from various brands including Bose, Bowers and Wilkins, Sennheiser and apple. So far the best noise canceling I've ever experienced is with the Sony WH-1000XMS. Excellent for travel. Amazing sound quality as well.

I bought this a month ago. amazing headphone but I felt like it heated up fast in couple of hours. Ended up going with Bose

Ok. I love this brand and usually these headphones, that's why I spend so much on them. This new version, I felt like they were so good for so long that they tried to give you everything but the kitchen sink in this pair. The noise canceling is horrendous because I can walk by someone talking and they'll automatically stop. God help you if you attempt to cut grass or vacuum with them on. Even the adjustment in the app didn't help

I got these headphones less than a year ago and the hinges have snapped out of place on both sides of the headphones. Initially i glued the hinge back into place the first time it happened and now it had happened on the other side. Extremely upset as I paid full price and anytime i speak with anyone about repairs I am told that it does not fall under the warranty. I recommend you save yourself the time and money and invest in other headphones by other companies because this design flaw appears to be common with Sony headphones. I originally enjoyed the sound quality of the project and was certain that the headphones were the ones for me but now that this has happened to both sides and I find it it has happened to many others it makes me question my overall purchase

Bought these bc the internet said they were the best.. and they were.. for a week. Left ear started having a constant loud crackling noise. Barely used them.. super bummed. Going to hopefully return them for a full refund.

I purchased these headphones a couple of months ago on my way home from vacation. I was so excited to have a pair of high quality headphones to listen to my favorite music for long periods of time during reading or drawing. However, I can't wear this headphones for more than 30 minutes with it causes intense pain on the top of my head from the VERY narrow headband. I've tried moving it or even adding padding, and it doesn't help.
