Perfect smart tv for my kitchen . While eating breakfast or dinner. I love to watch the news. It's a perfect tv. Great clear picture too

Poor condition and refurbishment
The screws that came with the TV to put on the base didn't fit and there wasn't any for the back of the TV to attach to mount. After 2 trips to the store finally found the right size a thread. I bought inch screws in lenght and after screwing in 3 screws for the wall mount the 4th didn't screw in all the way easily like the others. When I finally got it in and tight I heard a pop and picked up the TV and now there is something rattling around inside the back of the TV. I know this is a refurbished TV but come on. The packaging was all tore up including the inside stuff it was almost like it was just a return.

Dead Pixel
TV came with a dead Pixel out of the box... I understand it was a refurbished unit but in the description never mentioned damaged display, unfortunately TV was sent outside of the US and a return is not an option for me...

There were missing items when was setup the tv like the bag items remote and cord to the back of the tv
