Took a chance and wasn't dissapointed...
I'm soooo happy with the purchase, I had 32" TCL Roku before loved it. I wanted something bigger, and I took a chance on the refurbished. I notice it takes to my WiFi much better, my room is the farthest in the house to the router. Wow it's very nice, and I bought a protection plan just in case..

So far so good, I have not had any problems with this television. Sound is perfect as well as picture clarity. I would not change anything about this product but, I would recommend others to purchase.

Easy programming and affordable
Easy to hook up and just minutes to program the Roku feature. Looks great hanging on the wall of our guest room.

I bought this to replace a CCTV monitor. Boy howdy I'm kicking myself for not getting a Smart-TV sooner. So much more picture detail

This is a great tv. I was hesitant about a refurbished one. The only issue I do have and its not that big is that the tv says not connected to WiFi every time I turn it on, so I have to check connection and blah blah blah for the tv to realize it really is connected to my wifi. Other then that, great tv.

Ok at first I was pis'sed because it came delayed but everything seems to be working good so I guess it's fine. Nice tv.

Id rather 4K but this isn't too bad!
This is ok just for like a guest room or just a tv for show but not an everyday watch television. I would've definitely paid more for the 4K cause the picture is just not what I'm use to being as though I have all 4K TVs in my home already.

Horrible
If I could could give this a 0 I would. I received just a TV. No cables, no stand, no remote. Im not sure how I am expected to use this product when there is nothing available with it. Horrible! This was a surprise for my son who I now have to disappoint.

Broken Parts
Arrived on time, was excited, but having to return because the port for screwing in cable or TV antenna is broken! So I guess broken malfunctioning parts are "refurished" . Never again, will buy "refurbuished".
