Restored TCL 55" Class 4K (2160P) Roku Smart LED TV (55S401) (Refurbished)

I bought this refurbished TCL 55" 4K to replace a smaller HDTV in our living room. I'm always a little hesitant about buying refurbished, but I couldn't be happier with the amazing picture and sound that this TV delivers. I picked it up in-store after ordering it online and it came packaged very nicely in a sturdy plain box. The corners of the TV were extremely well protected with very thick plastic as well as the screen. We've had the TV for about 2 weeks now and it hasn't had a single issue and the remote also came with batteries installed which saved me a trip since I was completely out at the house. This was a GREAT bargain at only $315 !! God bless

This is actually the 2nd tv I purchased recently. The first was a sceptre 50' and was complete and total junk. I immediately shipped it back and started looking at other brands. I wasn't sure about ordering a refurbished tv but I am so glad I did! Other than arriving in a generic box the tv shows no signs at all of prior use. Setup is super simple and the picture is phenomenal! I have owned an smaller tcl for 3 years now with no issues whatsoever so that helped in deciding on this one. I did purchase the extended care plan warranty just in case but I would recommend doing that even on brand new models. If you want a great tv without a crazy high price you won't find any better than this!!

Incredible, just like new! You'd never know it was refurbished! Feels huge in my apartment. Sound and picture are perfect.

i bought this tv for 398.00 the next week it was on sale for 350.00! so i was bummed. The picture is ok. the only drawback is that as soon as u turn it on it goes to the Roku homescreen

Picture quality is very good. I thought the remote would have numbers 0-1 on it. I am old school. If I get rid of cable and use Antenna, how do I use number keys on the TV remote since there are no numbers.

For the price you can't go wrong easy to use great picture amazing refresh rate only downside is the remote do not have the numbers for direct channel tune

the screen was cracked when i got it got the run around about getting my money back i will not by anything else dont waiste your money

Don't buy, save your money and get something else. Just past the 90 day guarantee my tv screen stopped working, it just stays black. I contacted the manufacturer to get it fixed under the warranty and they won't because it is refurbished. I now have to pay and get it fixed at a repair store. Fingers crossed the repair cost isn't more than the tv.
