I really was hoping it would work for me because my 14000 btu was dying, and the temperature was stuck in the 90s. I ordered it and waited. When i received it, I immediately tried to install it, but unfortunately, the dimensions were too large. I was hoping it would work because it would have cooled my entire place, and the price was amazing.

i like everything about it. not sure how the electric bill will like it. but it's quiet. it's 18,000 BTU
