this is the second purchase of a refurbished vizio from walmart.com. the first was purchased more than ten years ago and is still doing just fine. This tv is mounted in a spare room that doubles as home gym. It works great and I am sure it will have a long life just like the first purchase
Not bad at all! I guess I got lucky. This is the second refurbished smart tv I’ve purchased from Wally World. My last one was a Sanyo, it lasted 5 years until a recent power surge from an outage took it out. That’s what lead me to this refurbished Vizio. It came early, and the box was fine. Was clearly a used box but it was intact. The tv worked right away and connected to the internet no problem. Picture and sound quality are really good. However I’m docking a star because there was no user manual and one of the screws for the feet was missing. Otherwise seems to be a great deal so far. If anything changes and it malfunctions I’ll update. Had it for a week, working great. Thanks!
I would have given it 5 stars if the specifications would have indicated the HD Smart TV lacked an ethernet input.
Does not appear to be a 32 inch but it measures 32. I had a 28 before and they look exactly the same
The TV arrived early with a beat up box (holes in it) , which had me wondering if it would work. Fortunately, the set had no issues, scratches or problems. TV is working fine, it even came with CNN, MSNBC and NBC and CBS blocked...which I would gladly pay extra for.
This is the first Vizio product (I've had many) that I haven't completely loved. I blame some of it on the fact it's REFURBISHED (but most of my other Vizios have been also). The screen was shipped with a bad smudge -- no big deal. The bigger issues are function: The remote doesn't seem terribly responsive unless pointed at the perfect angle. I really don't like the interface, either -- it's hard to switch between input sources (have to move quickly to stop on the one you want), and too difficult to default to the things *I* want to see rather than all the Smartcast and other Vizio extras. I'm also having a functional problem in that the major network stations (I have an antenna hooked up) tend to go MUTE and the only way to get volume back is to reset the unit. Haven't figured that one out yet, so I may be returning it. So, my love affair with Vizio is still good, but maybe not as strong as it once was. I'll still NEVER buy a Samsung product. Ever.
the tv doesn't change channels correctly, or it might be the remote, but when you change channels it mostly will skip two or three channels before it stops and then you have to go back again to the one you want.
this tv sucks. It's refurbished and cant do anything about it. It starting having issues at day 31 go figure. I wouldn't buy anything reburbished from Walmart ever. basically paid$140 to use a crappy tv for 30 days. If i wanted to watch snow all the time I would move to the north pole. huge waste of money.
The tv wouldnt even connect to my internet so I couldnt move forward with setup. It was returned the next day.
this TV is messed up!! the sound crackles. in the middle of watching TV the screen will go blank and go to home page. if you rewind the screen will go blank. it's constantly messing up.
