Hard to open package

The individual package dries out due to lack of proper packaging once outside the man pack. . The inside packets are a thin plastic with no foil lining, so they dry out when they're in your toiletry bag for a while. They try to solve this by putting it in very thick outer plastic bag. But it's just really improper packaging for anything that needs to stay moist. Trust me. I'm in the industry. I really like the product and I have their larger packs but I need the individual ones for travel . I contacted customer service but they stated they only guarantee the items for 6 months. It's been a little over a year since I bought them so I was out of luck. I just bought them again but I noticed I got the same lot from Walmart over a year later. and these expire actually in two and a half months. See the picture. So I'm going to take them back to Walmart. But this might be just the worst packaging for an item that needs to stay wet for use. Definitely do not recommend until they change their packaging.
