Didn't end up using it but I could tell the quality was very nice even through the package. It felt sturdy and well made.

I liked that it was exactly what I wanted and ordered. It was easy to hang up. A good size as well.

Cute banner. But be prepared to thread the letters together with the needle provided. Not hard. But takes a bit of your time. PLUS an “S” was missing for the word miss. Had to copy the other one and cut it out.

The item came in a small package with loose letters and hearts, a roll of ribbon, and a plastic needle. I don't recall the description saying 'assembly required' for this item. I assembled without issue, but it was missing a letter so the banner ended up reading 'we will mis you' due to a missing S from the package.

One of the "S" was missing from our pack. Other than that it was great. Sturdy material. Came with a plastic needle to thread the ribbon through the holes in the letters.

The banner only had 3 M letters. You'd think you could just turn 2 Ms upside down to create the Ws but the holes were punched on the wrong side, making it impossible to hang it and have all the letter be level (see photo). We had to scramble to come up with an alternate solution.

I was very upset when I received this retirement party decoration. It was missing a letter. I wasn't able to use it.
