Retrax by RealTruck IX Retractable Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | 30371 | Compatible with 2009 - 2014 Ford F-150 Super Crew & Super Cab 5' 7" Bed (67")

The product was exactly what I wanted, well-made and good looking. My truck bed had a few issues that made the tonneau fit less than perfect. A perfectly timed e-mail from real truck asking is I was satisfied provided a customer service number which I called. Withing minutes a tech helped me through adjustment issues and sent me another set of clamps free of charge that might help. Sure enough just adding those 2 clamps resolved the fit issue. Great customer service!

I had an issue with the receipt of the order which left me short of words. . with the assistance I received from the support team members. . My order was lost by the carriers by having the bar code damaged. The team members located it and were able to redirect it to my address. The steps they took were outstanding and i highly recommend Real Truck due to the professionalism of their staff when an issue presents itself.

Installation instructions are clear enough but watch the video instead. It would be better if hardware included square nuts instead of hex nuts. The hex nuts tend to spin in the channel just trying to overcome the friction of the Nylock nuts. After initial install, I had to remove the rails and re-tighten some bolts by pinching the channels near the nuts with vise grips to keep nuts from spinning. Quality seems okay so far, but plastic latch hardware seems questionable. Will only be able to gauge quality after a few months of use.

Nice cover. Install was fairly easy and straight forward. Does help to have another person to help you. Drain tubes should be clear instead of black corrugated.

The finished cover looks great, but take your time with the install. The instructions are borderline useless, difficult to follow, and on a couple of things just incorrect. The drain tube holes were too big for the provided hoses, so I had to get a little creative, but I'm satisfied with the end result. All that being said, the customer service I received was top notch, and that's why I'll buy from Realtruck again.

The tonneau cover is reasonably strong, keeps water out pretty well, locks anytime the tailgate is shut without the need of a key (which is the reason I chose this model vs the better ones that have a release on the top of the cover which has to be locked/unlocked with a key anytime you want access to the bed). The bad about this cover is that it is the budget model without bearings to help it slide in and out. After less than a month and lubing the tracks twice already it is very difficult to fully roll up, almost impossible.

Installation was pretty easy, instructions lacked in order of assembly in a couple respects. Once installation was complete, I did not like how the cover to tail gate sealing was due to the height of cover. Also there wasn't the ease of opening/ closing of cover for my wife to perform. The tech support folks were very good, and promptly provided a Return Material Authorization for me as well as explaining the process for reimbursement.

Generic fit is not what I expected from retrax. Of course I did buy a cheaper version. Last one was the retrax pro that was on the truck for 8 years and still looks and works fine. Also have a truxedo cover I've been using since 2003. Good product line.

I just received this cover less than a month ago and so far, I have to say that it's not waterproof. The rear section of the top that is closed by the tailgate is not completely waterproof. There is a gap on both sides that allow water to get in. It was not as easy as a one-hour job, it took closer to three. After a few months, I'll be able to provide a better review.

Rail system for this bed cover is not the greatest. Doesn't stay in place and having to make adjustments constantly.
