Pros- looks great. Rack system works perfect. Quiet. Cover moves easily in the tracks. Cons- not water tight. Because it only latches on one side, the passenger side, it always has a gap. Because of this gap, latch gets stuck until you pull the cover out some to get it to open. No matter how it's adjusted, it will have the gap. you can pull it fully closed on both sides and it will seal, but the moment you start driving, it will shift. I did install it myself , but regardless, the physical properties of the cover will not allow a seal that will stay in place. CN get it to where there is zero gap, until you hit a bump and the passenger side moves forward in the tracks. If this had a latch on both sides, it would be perfect. But I feel for it's cost, I should not have to worry about water leaking in through a one inch gap on inside.

In 2022, I purchased and had installed the Powertrax One from the authorized dealer in my area. I wanted an electric tonneau cover that I could open and close from the inside my truck. I loved the ability to adjust the opening to my specific needs at any time. I have a fifth wheel hitch so I wanted a cover to protect the hitch when not in use but also wanted a cover that would be out of the way when towing my fifth wheel. Unfortunately not even a year into ownership, I struggled with the cover. The cover was extending too far and would get stuck open unable to close or allow my tailgate to shut. I took it back to the dealer so many times they eventually replaced it with a new one. The new one seemed to work great for awhile but less than a year later it started having issues as well. The cover was opening too far again so back to the dealer for adjustments. Unfortunately, one time it opened too far and jammed against my tailgate, making it nearly impossible to open my tailgate or the cover. Now the cover opens and closes crookedly so my truck bed isn't fully covered. I paid around $3,500 for the cover and installation and yet I can't say I got my moneys worth. So far I've had nothing but bad luck with Powertrax. I even had a company representative tell me I should ditch the Powertrax and get a manual because of all the issues. If there reps aren't standing behind it why buy it. I'm headed back to the dealer soon to see if they can readjust it again to close the gap that's left when it “closes”.

Cover fit perfect, install was easy and the price was better than other retailers. Product works great.

Got my cover, installation was easy. When I registered for the warranty there is a comment section and I mentioned it was missing a key fob. This was a holiday weekend and I was planning on contacting them on Tuesday, they reached out to me before I had a chance, confirmed Shipping address and placed the order for replacement. This was way more than I ever expected. If the cover is half as good as their customer service I will love it!!!!

Easy to install looks great only real complain is the price but hey none of them are cheap so nothing ya can do ya know.
