Overall, it was a pretty easy installation. Recommend informing the person about prepping the truck bed to insert the drainage tubes before you install the cover which would allow you to easily prep the holes vice lying down and working under the cover receptacle.

The RetraxONE MX is a solid upgrade to a fine truck. Installation is clear and easy, and works with my truck's existing rail system easily. It's a little spendy vs a simpler cover, but it allows my 5ft tall wife to open and close the cover easily, where folding covers would not. It looks good, is pretty darn water tight even in high winds and rain, and doesn't rattle or otherwise make itself known during driving. Would buy again.

I bought the OneMX for my (new to me) 2023 PowerPoint F150. I had the 2013 version of this same Retrax cover on my last truck, and while that cover was great this one is much better. - locking mechanism is more sturdy & reliable - drain tubes from the roll up box are better designed - cover appears to be more waterproof - cover is very sturdy & secure - works well with the automatic tailgate. Installation was pretty easy and aligning the rails was not difficult. The most difficult part was lifting the assembled cover into the truck, and that was simple.

I installed the One MX on my 2023 Silverado in about an hour with one person to help lifting it into place. The instructions were spot on, although there was only one style of clamp to hold the bed rails instead of separate bed side and tailgate side clamps. I made sure to twist the bed rails slightly as I torqued the bolt for the clamp to ensure it compressed the foam to keep the water out and so I haven't had any water in the bed despite some rain this week. It works as advertised, I'm happy with it and would recommend it. I may look at replacing the drain hose (the black corrugated drain hose it came with is wider than the drain hole in the bed so I had to crush the drain line a little bit to fit it in the drain hole) but the included drain hose works in the mean time. Not nearly as much flutter as the soft trifold I had on a previous truck and it uses about 1/5- 1/4 of the bed space as opposed to 1/3 for the trifold.

I initially ordered the wrong product. RealTruck's service was prompt and beyond helpful. The replacement -exchange for the correct cover was easy and quick. The installation of my ReTrax One Mx was exactly like the included video link. In less than an hour, the cover was installed. It looks and functions/slides great. Thus far, we're had three rain storms and no leaks. I'm thoroughly impressed.

I'm extremely happy with this tonneau covers. I had it installed for me so I can't speak to the ease of install but in looking at it I suspect it wasn't difficult at all. Only thing I would do differently is I would of bought and installed bed rail stake pocket covers before having it installed. That is on me.

The product is superb and looks excellent. The install video on YouTube needs to be updated to the latest products used for the installation. I did not use the shims supplied because the gap was to large. The aluminum clamps that were sent were all the same size, The video shows 2 different types and is misleading. But I made due and the install is good.

The cover looks great and the fit was perfect. Had a manufacturing issue on the slide door. It wouldn't move past a certain point. Took a look under the door and one of the plastic pieces had jumped out of the slide cover. Took a flathead screwdriver to pop it back in and the door worked just fine. It was hot outside that day. 90 degrees. That was an unwelcome delay. Only other minor issue is the instructions are not printed. Had to scan a QR code to get to the installation video but it didn't take me direct to the video, it took me to the RealTruck Find an Installation Guide search bar where it asked for the part number. Had to guess what the number was with all the printed material on the box labels. Luckily I had the box and my phone next to me and was able to figure that part out after a few minutes. In all it's a good product, the installation video was six minutes long and covered everything once I got there, and the price was reasonable. Funny thing, when I went to the installation video I saw the same cover is now discounted $150. Should have waited.

Disappointed in the fact that the right side will not stay back ant the same distance as the left where the locking mechanism is. This makes the tonneau uneven at the end and at the can where it rolls out. You can pull it back even, but after just a short drive it's out of whack again. Needs to have a lock on the right side like the left so it stays even

This is my first retractable cover but I've had the roll up covers both soft and hard. I've also had hard folding covers too. As the title states, this cover is good not great. I wouldn't buy this cover again for a few reasons. 1. The canister takes up more bed space than I thought it would. 2. The materials don't seem to be very high quality. I'm sure it's going to get dented in the Oklahoma weather. 3. The instructions need more detail. Note: make sure you unlock and open the latch before attempting to install the left rambox rail. The things I like; 1. The cover looks good on the truck. 2. It functions well when it's squared on the truck. If I could do it all over again I would get the hard roll up bed cover.
