Homemade ice cream tastes better in retro bowls!
I remember my great aunt serving homemade ice cream in bowls exactly like these during my childhood over 70 years ago. And, because they are made of aluminum, I'm sure they're still being used by family members.

6 color set of aluminum ice cream bowls
I LOVE THESE! I have numerous pieces of the original American made multi color aluminum serving items. They are always a nostalgic hit at summer parties. I added 12 ice cream bowls to serve home made hand cranked ice creams. I pre freeze them to add an extra touch of cool as ice cream melts fast in them. THESE COULD CERTAINLY STILL MADE IN AMERICA! My only fear is the color factor when applied in a perhaps unregulated foreign factory. They get limited party use-- but they are a HIT! when they appear.
