Fully automatic or not, it's a beautiful thing! I'm currently in the process of returning the one I purchased a few days ago, which IS fully automatic and looks really flat, boring, and was 30 bucks more! Now THIS ONE, when unpacking it from the box, even my husband says, "Wow! It's a Cadillac!" The deck looks like real grain wood and the "tonearm" (I had to Google what it's called!) looks truly expensive! It has bluetooth capabilities. When I paired it with my beloved Sony speaker with the groove lights, the sound that came out was more of a back in the day transistor radio! OUCH! A squeakbox! Wasn't trying to hear that, so I'm gonna wait until black Friday to get the proper speakers hooked up. I'm really excited. Can you tell!!? Guess because I have a small yet nice collection of vinyl ranging from the 60s to the late 90s. Jazz, contemporary, R%26B, rock... including an Elton John double album still sealed for 3 years now. I even have an MLK. I have a dream speech, LP courtesy of my trailblazing parents, and a retro album of how to become a ventriliquist from my childhood in the 60s. And who can forget the Jackson 5 Christmas album that I must have played a bizzilon times!!! The last turntable I had for 20 years recently got zapped by lightning!!! Back then, I spent a small fortune paying Best Buy's "Geek Squad" to hook up all my components and drill holes in the walls of my brand new house. The "wired" speakers look so antiquated now. It's almost funny how much technology has evolved!! This time, no squad of any kind! It'll be a straight-up DIY!!! Ain't nobody got time for that!!! I'm so looking forward to updating y'all once I get the speakers with the receiver and a woofer! Ciao!

the cartridge is not up to par with the rest of the player. everything looks and is to notch for the price. for that reason alone I would recommend it. the cartridge needs to be replaced on mine right out of the box. it wasn't the setup or tracking, cartridge is dirty, I was one of the unlucky ones. also automatic would have been nice assembly was very easy

Very weak audio signal output, on both direct line and Bluetooth connections. Low grade"Cheesey", PHONO/LINE switch on back panel. "Crackles" and shorts when moved. (see photo.) I bought this for my daughter's birthday, expecting to play it through one of our Bluetooth speakers. once connected the audio signal to the Bluetooth speaker was weak even when at full volume. (we have several nice Bluetooth speakers at the house nothing wrong with them.) I bought a brand new amp/receiver.... hook the turntable direct line weak signal still.... very weak. I can't emphasize how weak ....low volume. It is as if there is a volume limiter working on the output signal. (like when you hook up headphones to your cell phone and it immediately decreases the volume cuz it's "worried about your hearing".) nice turntable if it would send a strong audio signal. BTW... the amp receiver I just bought plays the FM stereo and the Bluetooth/SPOTIFY, so loud it shakes the walls!....BUT hook up this turntable and wimpy wimpy wimpy !!! Barely above a whisper cranked all the way up. I will be returning to the store. bummer!
