My fiancée got this record player as a gift from my mom. We were in the process of packing up and moving so we didn't want to open it and put it together yet. Fast forward a few months and we're in our new place so we open it and put it together. Multiple brand new vinyls sealed. We open them and play them. They all skip. We looked at the platter and its wobbling. I'm thinking okay, the band is off. Fix it, still wobbling. We adjust the table it's on, still wobbling. Contacted customer service since there's supposed to be a warranty. They ask for the order number and I gave it. They couldn't find it? So I send them a screenshot of it being delivered, the order number, and the product! Then they tried saying it's my vinyls. THEY'RE BRAND NEW. AND THE PLATTER IS WOBBLING!!!!! I even sent them a video…. Guess what? OF IT WOBBLING!!! THEN they tell me well, just contact Walmart for a refund. This is bogus. I can't even return the thing anymore. Go get a record player from a different company that actually cares. WOW. I feel HORRIBLE for my fiancée that was so excited for this thing.
