Rev-A-Shelf 563-47 Under Cabinet Kitchen 3 Prong Pullout Towel Bar, White

The Rev-A-Shelf was very easy to install. it came with the spacers needed to account for the cabinet face frame so that the 3 bars would clear the cabinet. I best the bar prong stop so that I could remove it to make the drilling of the 3 holes easier. After the holes are drilled, attach the side piece but only tichen the screwes just enough to prevent them from falling out. Then put the 3 bar rack back %26 remember to bend back the stop. Then finish tightening all of the screws.

The silver towel bar was just what we were looking for and it perfectly replaced a rack that had broken. Very good quality, EXCEPT for the plastic slider, which is what broke on our previous rack. Wish the company would have improved that plastic part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This under sink pull out dish towel tool easily holds all of our dish towels under our sink and pulls out very smoothly without any issues. Our eight year old son was playing with it over and over and did not budge from its smooth rail.

This item is heavy and well made which is great! The only issue we are having is that once towels are on it; it is TOO heavy and does not slide in easily. Nothing a little grease can't help with (not fix).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really nice. It feels sturdy and the gliding mechanism is smooth. The bars are well-spaced. It ended up being too long for where I wanted it, so I am figuring out a new use. But installation looks simple!

The unit uses plastic slide vs rollers and does not move smoothly. It feels loose and mounting system is not the most robust. The screws are cheep and not designed for 1/2" plywood wall construction. The bars/mounting bracket bend easly and I do not see this lasting like my old version.

Made of heavy duty steel and constructed well however the slide binds and does not operate smoothly. I greased the track which helped but still not great.

The product is bent....It is not straight to pull out. Very disappointed
