I am so excited to become a pickleball player with my Rev Platinum Paddle! Love the ability to grip the handle as fits perfect to grip in order to feel comfortable to receive and return the ball. Lightweight and sleek looking and to perform a return has an aerodynamic hole that looks like a smile! on the lower bottom of paddle to help with a quick swing. Also purchase the partner of the paddle, a carbon fiber paddle cleaner to keep paddle looking Brand new!
I've been using this paddle for the last couple of weeks. It has improved my game by enabling me to put spin on the ball. The paddle grip fits my hand well - and I have small hands. It is light weight and yet solid. Definitely find that I am able to hit more accurate shots with this paddle than I could with my smooth coated face on my beginner paddle.
I'm new to pickleball and started out with a cheap paddle (and the wrong balls, I was told). After buying this paddle, I could really tell a difference in not just how the ball played off the paddle but the impact to my hand and wrist after playing for an hour. I feel like it not only has helped me improve my play but having a quality, light weight paddle has allowed me to enjoy the game more.
The Platinum boasts a large sweet spot, thanks to its core and face design. This translates to consistent power on drives and dinks, with impressive control for a paddle of its size. Players seeking a balance of power and control will likely appreciate this aspect. The paddle's surface provides a comfortable grip and offers a good feel for the ball. This enhances touch and allows for more precise shot placement.
I'm fairly new to the game of pickleball, but joined in with some friends and had to get my own pickleball paddle. I chose this one and I 'm glad I did. It's lightweight and the ergonomic handle makes it easy for me to use. I'm using it regularly and really loving the game so far. I also bought the eraser to go with it and love that I can keep it looking just about new by using the eraser to clean the face of it before I put it away each night. I think it's a great paddle and am glad I bought it.
I think of a paddle as being the hard version of my hand hitting the ball (like handball). For me, this paddle has great grip hand feel, doesn't feel too big- paddle or grip, love that it has no raised edge. compared to my previous paddle, i can control the ball action better, very pleased to have this paddle without $$
The REV Platinum pickleball paddle is a great choice for players at any level. Its carbon fiber surface gives me excellent control and power, making my shots feel more accurate. The paddle's design and edgeless shape, help me move faster and react quicker during games. I also love the foam in the edges and handle—it makes the paddle more comfortable to hold and reduces vibrations, so my hands don't get tired as quickly. Despite all these advanced features, it's surprisingly affordable. Plus, it's USAP approved for tournaments, so you know it's built to high standards.
This is the best paddle that I have bought. Very evenly weighted. Hand grip is good. Light weight. I have a few other paddles that are different prices but two are this brand but lower priced. I really liked them but this was is definitely my favorite.
I really liked that this paddle does not have that outer edge as most paddles do. The erasable face is great (buy the eraser!) I've never had one with the aerodynamic hole, and I don't know if it makes that much of a difference, but it is lightweight, longer, and really nice to play with, all UNDER $100!
Amazing feel
