Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System SimPure Ro Water Filtration System, 75GPD | 5 Stage | Reduce TDS | Under Sink | Home Kitchen

First time trying this method, was tired of buying water for the prices at the stores. This is convenient for at home use and will pay for itself within 3 months use. The instructions we easy enough to follow. It can be set up anywhere, if under the sink size is a problem. We set ours up in the Laundry area!!

Directions are sketchy at best, after installing per Directions unit leaked so bad couldn't even use it. currently removing it and returning it to Walmart

Could not stop the leaks. flimsy, small water storage tank. this is a third-party seller with very poor support and very difficult to get your money back when you return it.

The box arrived much sooner the expected which includes 5 items as indicated in the order. Four of filters were easy be replaced into my existing RO system. However, the 5th one, carbon filter (Model T33-F10) could not be replaced due to not having right connection: one end of my existing carbon filter having a T (split) connection that your product having one connection each end. Therefore, I could not complete my filters replacement. .

Unit produces quality water but installation was a hassle, because o-ring design is side specific and factory installed o-ring incorrectly and caused slow leak which was very problematic to see new unit leaks even following installation instructions correctly, and it was myself to figure out o-rings were installed incorrectly. Also whenever water dispenses, unit makes rattling noise, customer service is very helpful and immediately advise to replace ASO valve (auto shut off valve) and check valve and replacement valves costs are free of charge.

RO system was straightforward to install and easily fit in the designated space under the sink. Need to ensure that each of the hoses are pushed into the designated color fitting all the way so they get a good seal.

Its more than you can expect! Has everything on it in that price fountain filters whatever you need all in one order. I'm impressed. Water taste is good foundation looks so good after assembly 👍🏻👌🏻

Missing alkaline filter

One of the canisters had a deep scratch right where it meets the gasket—a factory defect. I tightened it a bit more, and everything was fine. The flush valve was missing its retaining clips; it would have been good if they'd included a couple of spares in case you lost one during installation... There was plenty of tubing length—more than enough. The water storage tank is made entirely of plastic (both the inner and outer parts). The drain tube clamp was a bit wide and barely fit under the nut on the sink trap. Overall, I'm satisfied; the water is better than what you buy in the store. I installed it myself; the hardest part turned out to be drilling the hole for the faucet in the stainless steel sink. The cup wrench is a bit too big; it keeps slipping off.

Water leak after a few days of use. Reached out to seller and seller asked me to take things apart and help them diagnose the problem. It takes time to take it apart! And then, I replied the email to the seller of my diagnosis. The seller became silent since. My worst experience yet on Walmart.com
