Great product!
I like how it ices the whole ankle and foot all at the same time. It felt incredible on my ankle. Love this. Soft liner against skin was great too no itchy feeling. I messed up my ankle really bad and this is coming in handy.

I broke my ankle, noneeightbearinv for 8 weeks! I use this three times a day! (I bought two) easy on and off, stays cold and very comfortable

Could be better
Inside gel material is not evened out. I had to use my rolling pin on it to squish the gel into the sections that had no gel at all.

garbage
i was excited to use this. when i opened it i didnt inspect the ice pack i just threw it in the freezer. i was so disapointed when i went to put it on and i realize there is only one of the pockets that actually have gel in it the rest were empty. you cant even squeeze the gel from the one spot to the rest of the pack .

Doesn't Stay Cold
This does not stay cold for more than a few minutes even after freezing overnight in a chest freezer.
