Revlon Color Effects Hair Color, Platinum

Everyone is different and the same thing won't work on everyone, but boy does this work for me! I have dark brown hair and it got it up to a pretty bright blonde, bits of it actually were platinum but not all of it (it took a little time to put on so some of it had longer to work. User issue, not the product.)

If you're looking for a true platinum blonde, no yellow, no red and you have dark hair. This will be your hair dye.

Good stuff. Easy to use and the color looks natural. Instructions are easy to follow from set up to finish takes about an hour which includes on time of 40 minutes. Overall very pleased.

This was a pleasant surprise! For an at home bleach kit, it works great! I cannot get over how soft my hair still feels after having this sit on my head for 45 minutes! I achieved the level of Blonde that I wanted/needed for a fashion color to take well, %26 it did! Also, this kit is ammonia free, so no choking on fumes! I will absolutely use this again if I need to lift my natural color. Please note that I used this product on natural, untreated fine hair.

Great product. It really gets me to the platinum blonde I want to be. Thats hard to find. The price is unbeatable. i highly recommend it.

Be doing my hair with box blonde for a really long time, the one I usually use, which is the boxy color California white would not arrive in time for an event I had so I figured I'd give this one a try as it was readily available, but all I did was destroy my hair and turned it a weird pink. Said it had a protective oil in it, but the oil did absolutely nothing positive for my hair. I will now have to do revitalizing treatments for God knows how long before I can fix it with anything else, and my hair is ruined before my event. I would never suggest this to anyone. The correction I will need due to the damage and strange color This left behind will be far more expensive than just haven't gone to the salon in the beginning.
