Revlon ColorStay Grip Primer, Lightweight Matte Primer, 1 fl oz

I like this Revlon Color Stay Grip Face primer. I got this as a substitute with my order. Not bad. I was impressed with how it looked after applying. My skin looked nice and it was soft . My face looked as though I had a light touch of press powder. Glad I received this as a substitution.

I applied it with my fingertips and massaged it in to make sure I got a good amount of product on before applying any makeup.

It really feels quite nice. It keeps the shine away from my face all day. This would be a product that I would use when without a full face of makeup it feels that's nice. I would highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Revlon Colorstay GRIP Matte Primer was sent to me from Influenster complimentary for my honest opinion and I think it works pretty decent. I have oily skin so it is always a matter of time before my makeup decides it is having a crisis, and then, just disappears. Now with adding this Matte Primer, I have noticed my make-up applies better and stays longer which is great for me! The texture is super smooth/slippery, seems to have no fragrance at all and dries down pretty quickly and nicely on the skin. I liked this product and I think you might like this product too but, as I always say...give it a try! ;)

I have combo/oily skin and was pleasantly surprised that Revlon serves up a primer that hydrates without making me shiny. It lasts for all hours of my work day and keeps my makeup fresh and comfortable. It is soft and emollient and really evens out my skin tone. I love to wear it underneath my foundation and it grips without caking up. I will admit that I've always been weary of primers that say “hydrating” due to excess oil production, but this simply hydrates and grips without getting greasy. I can wear my makeup dewy or matte and the primer acts as a perfecting product to maximize the longevity and payoff of my base. Highly recommend for affordability and quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This superfood detox blend shields skin from pollutants and controls sebum. it is great for those with oily or combination skin like me. It mostly kept my oily spots in control all day. I did have to blot my nose by the end of the day, but other than that it let my makeup last all day and I didn't have any dry patches. It minimizes the look of pores, at least it did for me, and looks good worn alone as well. I didn't wear it for over 16 hours like the claims say, but I would say that your makeup should last all day with this. Great price point and I would buy this on my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer has somewhat less dense consistency than what I generally would expect and a pretty strong natural scent that is not unpleasant, but rather surprising. It goes on smoothly and creates great matte silky canvas for make up application. It held up pretty well all day long and I would say it's a good option if you are in the marker for a budget-friendly primer.

Since it's winter and I'm on tretinoin, my skin is more on the normal to dry side. Matte is not the finish I would reach to in winter. More of a summer primer for me personally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's extremely runny in consistency but it isn't sticky. Never had a matte primer and it made certain areas of my face feel dry but the oily areas of my face were fine. Matte primer isn't something I would buy due to having combination skin.

I also have very dry skin and this did not help and made it kinda worse. I received this product complimentary from Influenster and all opinions are my own.
