Build up works very well and lasts a long time as described.
This stuff is great. It feels almost undetectable, has blurring properties, and evens out skin tone quite nicely, as opposed to other light coverage base products that don't do much. It has a satin finish, which was a nice surprise because I had been expecting it to look dewy or moist (wouldn't have been a bad thing either). It set down very quickly and stayed put right away, so for that reason I think it would be a great option for oily or combo people. It's buildable, not too thin but not too thick, mixes well with other products I've tried (illuminator, tints etc) and it's easy to blend over it with powders. Definite win, and quite different from many of the other tints I have in my collection.
I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight and natural this foundation feels on the skin. The formula blends easily, provides buildable coverage, and evens out my complexion without looking heavy or cakey. It has a smooth texture that wears comfortably throughout the day and gives a fresh, skin-like finish. The packaging is compact and travel-friendly, making it easy to carry for touch-ups. A great option if you prefer a lighter foundation that still delivers reliable coverage.
It was open %26 the color looked like it was not what I ordered... that of course is a manufacturer issue.
I had bought the color Buff in a different formulation of Revlon foundation and it was a touch light on my light-medium skin, so I opted for the Creme Brulee which looked like it would either work or be a bit too dark. When I first did a swatch on my jaw line, it was just as light or lighter than the Buff. Then I realized that I hadn't shaken it Unfortunately, shaking didn't seem to do anything, it was still too light. I did apply it all over my face and I liked the way it felt on the skin. It dried down pretty quickly, gave a nice light to light-medium amount of coverage, but any foundation that's too light also shows every imperfection you have on your skin. The main problem with this line is the very limited selection of shades. And if a color that should have worked is still way too light, how dark do I need to go. While I was thinking about if I wanted to try again, I found a couple of reviews on YouTube and they were having the exact same problem that it was going on much lighter in shade than the bottle indicates. Ultimately, I decided to just return it for a refund. I really wanted to like it. Light coverage with SPF for the days I'm just going to run some errands and don't want to do a full makeup routine, but just have a bit of evenness to my skin. I feel like it could still work for this, but they have to make sure the shades shown actually match and expand the selection of shades. That's why I'm thinking maybe there was some bad batches where the coloring pigment wasn't added at the right amount. I might try this again at a later date.
Does not apply easily. This formula is thin and just kind of cakes up in spots. I have smooth, moist skin and was looking for a lightweight coverage for summer. I ended up looking like I was wearing face paint, and it did not wear long. Had to reapply about two hours after initial application. I usually love ColorStay products and will just stick with the original formula.
I bought this because my daughter had some that she loved. It is definitely not for me. Being a slightly older person, my skin tends to be on the dry side, this basically sat on top of my skin looking way too light and cakey. Did not blend in and every pore on my face was accentuated. Also, it irritated my skin a bit to the point that I took it off after about 5 minutes. Make-up should not sting.
This makeup is thick and sticky. It's very hard to spread no matter what you use. I don't know if this is the way it is supposed to be or not, but I would definitely not recommend it
Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review to this seller due to the following: 1- I ordered color Nude and received color Ivory 110. 2- The packaging of the foundations is in poor condition. If you ask me, I would say this merchandise is not new or they sent me testers (you can verify this on the pictures attached to my review). 3- I tried the product anyway and it is so sticky that you have to wash your face 4 or 5 times to remove all residue. 4_ I believe I'm entitled to a full refund. Therefore, I cannot recommend this seller.
Not sure what revlon was thinking with this. It does not go on well and the color on the package is no where near what’s inside. I love a light cover foundation but this was a fail for me. It has no coverage not even sheer coverage. For reference I have normal to dry in the winter skin. I took this off before leaving my house it was that bad.
