Yes! This Is An Excellent, Affordable Lipstick!
I'm happy to provide a no-holds-barred RAVE for this lip pencil. In these uncertain times, we need to get our money's worth This lip product is matte, let me be clear. (If you don't like matte, this may not be for you.) The color will last and last, without feeling dry. The color I chose, red, is gorgeous. I'm very happy with it. This is an independent review. I have no affiliation whatsoever with either Revlon or Walmart or any of their third-party providers.

Nice but drying
I get compliments every time I wear this. It goes on so smoothly but doesn't have the staying power unfortunately. It feels so moisturising going on but dries the lips out. I absolutely love the colour and it sets matte.
