Revlon ColorStay Overtime Longwearing Gloss Lipstick with Vitamin E, 270 Relentless Raisin, 0.07 fl oz

Lasts longer (color stays on all day) than the Covergirl and Maybelline versions BUT, the colored end doesn't have as much product in it. I like the topcoat better that comes with the Revlon, it doesn't melt in my purse in the summer like the stick version that comes with Covergirl's and Maybelline's. Hope this is helpful to someone!

This is my favorite lipstick and color. I know some of the other colors have a different texture to them and it can get gunky on but this color, I have never had any issues with. Put on the lip color and allow about ten seconds to dry and then apply gloss on top. It lasts all day! Hope they never discontinue this color.

I love this product. I've been using it for over 20 years ever since I became a grandmother. It's long lasting and does not come off when kissing the grandchildren. 🥰

I have used this product for years. The application is easy and it stays for hours. You can reapply if the colors starts fading a little bit, but if there is excess lipstick still on your lips, you should wipe it off and reapply because then it gets flaky or gunky. Overall, this product is worth it price and it’s very very good. Does not come off on glasses for example a glass of wine.

Revlon is not kidding when it says Colorstay!!! This pretty medium purple orchid lipcolor with a glossy topcoat fixative stays on through eating and drinking, and I even tested it overnight on my hand. The shiny topcoat does wear off, but it takes awhile; and the color stays with minor wear closest to inside of lips where you eat and drink. Color is not very drying to lips, and glossy topcoat is SO shiny and plush feeling! This is a beautiful, tropical orchid purple; and the wand is a nice size for a small evening or cosmetic bag. I love not having to constantly retouch my lips all day. Put color evenly on dry lips first and let it dry, then slick on the yummy topcoat and you are ready to work all day or dance all night without worrying about your lipstick. No unsightly color transfer to wine glasses or clothing. This lipcolor really does work overtime!!!

This lip color is everything it is described to be. I applied it Christmas morning and spent the day with my family, eating dinner, dessert and coffee. I checked it when I got home 8 hours later and my lips still had color! I chose a nude shade because I don’t like heavy make-up; the color looks natural and is just enough to brighten up my face. First you apply the color with a sponge tip brush. Wait until it is dry, maybe 10 minutes. Then you apply the topcoat with a brush that looks like what you use for nail polish. There is no funny taste to it; I didn’t feel like I was wearing anything on my lips – I didn’t think about it all day. The topcoat contains chamomile, and just like it is described on the packaging, my lips felt comfortable and the color kept its shine. The directions say to use an oil or cream based makeup remover, but I just used my oil-free eye makeup remover and it worked fine. I think this is a great product.

I’ve been buying this brand for years. Color is pretty and it lasts a long time. However a tube used to last much longer. There’s no way that they haven’t decreased the amount of product while still charging the same price. Disappointing.

Revlon changed the formula. It used to go on smooth with rich color. Now it goes on uneven and I end up having to rub my lips together quickly and blot it. I’ve contacted them asking them about this a while ago but I didn’t get a response just some coupons.

As others have claimed, ridiculously low amount of lip color in the tube. I’d rather be charged more and a bigger container to not run out so quickly.

Colors look weird and unnatural, does not spread well or cover properly and the gloss is sticky and unpleasant. L'Oreal Infallible 2-part lip color is my standard, but they discontinued this line of lip color, and this Revlon ColorStay is terrible. Reluctantly went with Cover Girl's options but missing my L'Oreal Infallible a lot.
