I would say something that could be improved is their use of plastic, maybe if the stick itself was made from recyclable or compostable materials i would have appreciated it and be inclined to buy more

I have been using this every day since I received it. The only thing I would change is I would love if the case that holds the balls would be big enough to accommodate the roller as well.

These refills are really convenient if you already use the Revlon facial roller and don't want to replace the whole tool. I like that the set gives you both the volcanic stone rollers for absorbing oil and the stainless steel option for a cooling, refreshing feel. The volcanic stone works surprisingly well around my forehead, nose, and chin without disturbing my makeup too much, and the steel roller feels great when my face is puffy or just needs a quick refresh. They're easy to swap out and clean, which makes the roller much more practical long term. The holder is so flimsy and cheap and could be made better with higher quality materials. I also found the size of the head is too large, making it difficult to get into smaller areas like between the nose and eye. The oil absorbing ball did not hide smoothly so I couldn’t use it without discomfort. I’d didn’t notice much of a difference with it. I would not recommend this product in its current iteration.
