Shipping wasn't very fast this time, but product was in very good condition. It works great!

Great tweezers
It is much easier to remove chin hairs with the scissor handles. A good decision on our part to buy these tweezers.

Not impressed.
They aren't comfortable to use and I don't think they do well with fine hairs as others claim. I see why they give you 2 of them. I'm not impressed.
