Revlon PhotoReady Insta-Filter Foundation - Mocha

My first time ever using this product and am I very impressed. The bottle has a sponge on top and the foundation comes through as the bottom of the bottle is twisted. No messy hands when applying it. The sponge is used for applying and the foundation is creamy , light and covers great.I enjoyed how this applied to my skin and how I looked after. I would recommend this product.

Revlons photo ready insta filter foundation is mess free , having a sponge on the top for application to the face means , no foundation in the palms of your hands and finger tips . The bottom twists up and the foundation comes up into the middle of the sponge. The medium beige is such a lovely color. The coverage was very nice , creamy and dried instantly. I recommend this foundation to anyone who loves makeup and good all Over face coverage.

I got this for my sister because she could not find her old brand or color. Very true to color can be used as a foundation, but is also good enough by itself. It is a very flattering color that makes your face light up. Easy application with foam tip applicator. Ultra filtered for a smooth finish. One of the best....

I typically use a makeup called born this way. I had been searching for a less expensive, yet high quality makeup to switch on and off with during the work week. I love that the sponge is attached, it makes keeping track of it so much easier! And it will force me to replace it when the bottle is empty. The makeup has such a creamy feel to it, it goes on smooth, and the color match is spot on. My skin is a little.. oh lets say shiny.. It gives me a total matte finish without searching out my powder. Which I LOVE! Another thing, my blush blends easily with it to create a nice even flow. This foundation is very light so I don't feel as if i'm wearing a mask. It washes off nicely with soap and water.. Or if you get home a little later than you expected... Makeup remover wipes. I have recommended the Revlon Photoready to my friends and a few have come back and said how much they too love the finish. It's a fantastic makeup for smaller budget. I love that I can trust it as much as the more expensive 2faced makeup.

I was pleasantly surprised by this foundation and I am really loving the way it looks & feels! The coverage is medium and you could build it to full coverage depending on your preference. I personally would rather use a brush or beauty blender, rather than the applicator, but it really depends on the person. The foundation comes out easily at the top and is very easy to blend and cover problem areas. This foundation is a bit pricey for drugstore makeup, but it works great for what you pay.

Tried Revlon PhotoReady Insta-Filter Foundation and liked it. I was offered this product to try and give and honest review. The color description was spot on for me. I applied the foundation as I normally do. I covered well. My only concern is the foam applicator. I normally apply makeup with new clean pads or brushes. I wonder if the applicator might spread germs? That is the only reason I rated this product as good, otherwise it was excellent.

I received this Revlon PhotoReady Insta-Filter Foundation as a Walmart Spark Reviewer. It has a nice blending sponge attached to the top of the dispenser, which is in a twist up container, similar to deodorants. The color was perfect for my skin tone and no one realized that I was even wearing it. The only comments I got were that I looked like I had a good nights sleep! The only issue that I had was in the actual application of the product. You really have to be in a good light so you can make sure you don't end up with streaks of color on your face. Once I realized that I had streaks, it was an easy fix. I would recommend this product to anyone, with the caveats outlined above.

When I was offered a free trial of the PhotoReady Insta-Filter Foundation by Revlon I was thrilled. I have a habit of buying expensive make up and never quite getting it right. I received two shades. Medium Biege which is my normal color in other brands and True Beige which is a bit lighter. I figured between the two I could make a perfect match. I was wrong. The coloring on the True beige is way darker than I expected. It is more of a tan with a yellow undertone. The medium beige is very light and more of a light beige. I wish there was a way for people to try the colors before they make a purchase. Every manufacturer has their own coloring process so it becomes very expensive to try new makeup. The bottle has an attached sponge applicator. There are no instructions as to how to apply, how to get the makeup into the sponge or how to keep the sponge clean. I did a little research but for others who do not take the time to read up on a product, it can be overwhelming to buy something that you have no idea how to use. It would be nice if there was something on the bottle. I removed the plastic cap and had to turn the base 22 times- yes I counted- to get a dab of foundation into the sponge. I then applied in a circular motion which is how I do with my expensive brushes. The first thing I noticed is that this foundation is not oily and if you have dry skin you really need to moisturizer before using it. When I use liquid I normally can't use moisturizer since it will be too oily but this is not the case with this product. I did one side of my face and it was really dry and I could see lines and dry patches. You can keep dabbing away to get a more fuller coverage or you can apply a thin layer. It will take a little practice to use the sponge in a way so there are no streaks. I ended up putting the color on my brush to see if it went on differently. The attached sponge did better. I like the feel of the foundation once it is applied. On my second attempt I applied lots of moisturizer and it worked better. My skin feels very smooth and the foundation is very lightweight. I am a bit older with more mature skin and I need a little more moisture in my makeup. The sponge applicator bothers me a bit since you will be applying old product mixed with new every time you use it. There are no instructions to wash the applicator. It is a bit pricey for drugstore foundation but I do feel that if you like the dry matte look then this is a good product to try.

I should say I'm a senior with the same problem many seniors have with make up. It lands in the wrinkles. This is a liquid which becomes dry almost instantly, coverage is fair. It dried out my skin and was hard to remove. It also seemed to make the wrinkles more noticeable because of the dryness.
