Revlon super lustrous lipstick (sheers), rich girl red

My wife had not been able to find this particular Revlon lipstick so I went on line and located it at Walmart. Ordered a dozen and surprised her. She was shocked (in a good way) when I gave her the box and she opened it. I say, "in a good way" because of a very different reaction I got to another box of items at another time. That was when, because she often had to go on a hunt for her car keys, I had two dozen made and boxed them as a gift. Ithoughtd it was a great joke but also serving a practical purpose. She got really upset with me. That was a long time ago and she has forgotten all about it but I still remember her reaction. Hope she does not see this review! And if you happen to know who I am and who whe is from this story, please don't share this review with her.

I purchased this lipstick for Halloween makeup. The color is deep red and it doesn't feel sticky. It lasts all day and I might actually wear this after Halloween!

Revlon lipstick never disappoints me.

I have been searching for years for the perfect RED lipstick. This is it!!! Not too bright but definitely red. I am almost 86 so a heavy dark bright would NOT have worked. This is a little muted but perfect for my age and skin tone. Thanks Revlon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try a red lipstick, but didn't want to waste money on a Chanel in case I didn't like wearing such a bright color. This Revlon "Love That Red" turned out to be the perfect solution! It's a bit more on the coral/orange shade, so ideal for the Spring and Summer.

This is a punchier lip colour. Has a nice deep rose-is undertone ... it's really hard to describe a lipstick shade I've just decided! Feels nice going on. Doesn't taste or smell funny. I think it might also be nourishing cos my lips didn't feel dried out during the day.

The color is pretty but is not an opaque creme as hoped. It is a thin formula, smears easily and has the effect of a lip gloss.

It maybe because I pick the wrong color or what. It just doesn't suit me. I feel like I get 5 years older because the color is so mutual. Maybe this may not be the problem for others if they get a correct color. Good thing is it really pigmented well.

I bought this lipstick online because the particular colour I like is so hard to find. I also bought 5, which is the limit I could purchase (I assume because the price is so good, Walmart is afraid I would buy in bulk and re-sell at a higher price elsewhere). And, of course, they sent me 5 of the wrong colour.
