Broken knob. NEED responsive customer service
I recieved a broken machine. Maybe something went wrong in shipping? The tension knob was broken off by the threads and pops off when you try to put it back on. I tried opening bolt cut a bit to hold it but the thread is stripped on the knob itself. I tried reaching out to the company, whom has yet to respond (a week later) and I'm severely past due on an order I need this for.
