Nice features

AJ August 12, 2026

Good camera. Has a lot of camera angles on all the sides to give extra security like new cars do. Camera turns on with the car with the included wiring. Very nice

I have been using Rexing dashcam for years and this 4-channel dashcam is my latest upgrade. The best feature I love about this dashcam is the 4 video recorders that simultaneously capture videos of front, rear, and both sides and continuously save the footages to the SD card, which I can review on my computer easily as needed. Rexing always has great quality dashcam and I am impressed!

Great all in one dashcam with easy setup

John August 14, 2026

I liked this kit because I have had great experiences with Rexing products and this was an all in one. So it included the wire kit and sd card off the shelf vs needing to get these separately. I also liked the multi view to capture forward, rear, and in cabin parties in case there was commotion or distraction caused by a passenger. Installation was simple, the app synchronized easily, and I was up and running quickly. Video quality is great and hopefully never needed but now im ready. Thx for a great product Rexing

It's a beast!

Heather August 20, 2026

I own a few different dash cams for different vehicles. A couple are Rexing. They have been great dashcams and this one is a beast! I love it. We have new drivers in our house that we want to discourage phone usage of course so this helps keep them honest. The self view is great plus the additional side and rear view are perfect additions. I can confirm it works with an OBDII splitter because we also have a GPS tracker on the vehicle.

I've been using Rexing dash cams since 2019. I just installed this unit in my wife's 2026 CR-V. In addition to a 4 channel over my 3, this unit also has a motion sensor in addition to the vibration sensor when her vehicle is off I have friends with dash cams from other companies and the Rexing units offer much better low light recording. Highly recommend!!!!

A great decision I'm glad I made

anonymous August 11, 2026

Great decision and definitely worth it. The 4-channel setup gives me much better coverage and peace of mind while driving and when the car is parked. The camera quality is clear, the system feels well designed, and I like having multiple angles recorded at the same time. Setup was pretty straightforward, and so far everything has been working smoothly. Overall, it feels like a neat, useful upgrade and one of those purchases I'm glad I made.

Rexing rocks!

Michael August 20, 2026

I always put dashcams in my cars, and Rexing has some of the best out there. One of the things I like is that they include a hardwire kit with the camera so that I can have a neat professional installation. This unit, with multiple cameras, gives me all of the coverage that I need. And they even included a memory card!

Total coverage, real value!

Jin August 19, 2026

Rexing has rolled out yet another solid 4-channel dash cam that provides exceptional full coverage recording. The product is advertised to capture the front, rear, driver side, and cabin, but given the adjustability of the two side cameras (rotate and angle), you can customize your zones of coverage to your needs and wants. Similar to the previous model's 4CH dashcam, however, the video and photo resolution is capped at 1080p. However, I find the quality of the recordings to be acceptable. Rexing's dashcams, since the early days, are renown for being feature-packed. I won't belabor them here, as other reviews have covered them all. But I do want to highlight a few features that I appreciate about this particular model (R4MD): One nifty feature is the auto IR LED mode (basically night-vision), which allows you to capture better fidelity night time recordings. Another unique feature about this Rexing dash-cam is, unlike some of their other previous models, this unit has a built-in smart hardwire kit to automatically detect any movements or impact while the vehicle is parked and the engine turned off. Usually, a separate kit would need to be purchased to support this kind of feature. I'm glad to see Rexing finally integrate this kit into the dashcam itself. Makes installation even more straight forward. So this is truly an all-in-one package! You're getting a lot of value with this R4MD dashcam that other brands can't match. If you can get this on sale, I think it'll be well worth it for the protection and peace of mind it'll give you. Highly recommended!

Excellent 4-Chan Dash Cam Bundle with Easy Install

Jon July 29, 2026

I installed the Rexing Walmart Bundle Edition R4MD in my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and my first impressions have been very positive. Installation was much easier than I expected because this bundle includes an OBD power cable instead of requiring a traditional hardwire installation. Plugging directly into the OBD port made the setup quick and clean with no need to tap into the vehicle's fuse box. Another nice surprise was that the included microSD memory card was already installed and formatted. That meant I could finish the installation, power up the camera, and begin recording immediately without any additional setup. The 4-channel camera system provides outstanding coverage around the vehicle, and the four-camera display makes it easy to monitor each view. The video quality looks very good, the menus are straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid. I also appreciate that vibration detection is built into this bundle. Having that feature included without purchasing an additional accessory adds value and makes the package more complete. One thing buyers should know is that this is the Walmart Bundle Edition. Before purchasing, I couldn't find this exact model or manual on Rexing's website, so it took a little extra research to learn about this specific package. After installation, I noticed the camera remained powered on for a while after I shut off my Jeep. I later learned this was normal because my Jeep keeps the OBD port powered for a short period after the engine is turned off. Overall, this bundle includes everything needed to get started right out of the box. The easy OBD installation, pre-installed and formatted memory card, built-in vibration detection, and complete 4-channel coverage make it an excellent value. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use dash cam

Michelle August 29, 2026

Just wrapped up a week-long road trip with the Rexing 4-Channel Dash Cam, and it provided complete peace of mind across 1,000 miles of highway driving, scenic detours, and overnight hotel parking. For a 4-channel system covering the front, rear, and both cabin/sides, setup was surprisingly fast and clean. The microSD card came already installed in the unit. Using the adjustable OBD2 power kit made routing power effortless. It plugged straight into the vehicle's diagnostic port, while providing seamless continuous power for parking mode without draining the car battery. Having dedicated coverage out the windshield, rear glass, and both side windows captured everything from erratic highway lane mergers to tight parking lot maneuvers. Connecting to the mobile app via built-in Wi-Fi made reviewing and downloading footage quick without having to eject the memory card. The built-in motion sensor reliably triggered short clips whenever someone walked near the vehicle during overnight stops. If you want comprehensive multi-angle coverage without a frustrating installation process, this setup is about as plug-and-play as a 4-channel dash cam gets.
