The app is terrible basically useless. hard to get it to start working the first time. cable organizer clips do not hold, they are also useless.

First, I noticed the box was already open, raising concerns that the item had been tampered with or previously used. Further inspection confirmed this, as the camera showed visible signs of prior use, including fingerprints, dust, and missing items. Essential accessories were absent, including the memory card and other necessary components for installation. The absence of these parts made it impossible to set up and use the product as advertised, which was highly frustrating. Additionally, the camera itself was non-functional; despite several attempts to power it on and troubleshooting steps like checking the power source and consulting the manual, it simply wouldn't operate. This confirmed that the camera was defective, rendering it entirely unusable and causing significant inconvenience. Given these issues. This experience has wasted my time, as I have had to troubleshoot a defective item and contact support for assistance. I expected a ready-to-use product, and this situation has been both frustrating and disappointing.
