I love having Mexican chorizo with eggs or with potatoes and sometimes I add them to beans. I buy beef and not pork for some reason the beef taste better to me but either pork or beef are still good. And this isn't really meat it's more like flavoring. But very tasty.
Reynaldo's Beef Chorizo is always very consistent in quality, flavor and texture. I enjoy breakfast of chorizo and eggs accompanied with either flour or corn tortillas.
I've been making a seven-layer bean dip for several years. I decided to add beef chorizo to it and it has made it so much tastier!!!
One of my fav. brands of charizo!
This chorizo has a decent flavor profile. I like it 50/50 with soy chorizo. goes well with eggs or potatoes. I'll cook it with peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc. Low flame in a skillet with a small amount of lighter cooking oil, until cooked, then turn up the heat to medium high ad your eggs or potatoes. as far as potatoes go. Cook them first. Oh yeah, before adding things to your chorizo, drain and sop up excess oils with paper towels. It's not the same as the chorizo that you might find at the meat counter, but it's definitely budget friendly by comparison.
I like the taste, and the price, but the quality of the ingredients could be better. When i cook it, it seems like most of the ingredients just disappear and I'm left with a sludge.
This product was too greasy when cooking down, compared to other chorizos I've had.
The sickest list of ingredients that you only hear of growing up with what's really in a hotdog stories; ONLY WORSE! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Protest against Reynaldo's Chorizo!
too greasy. i ordered longoneasa.
This has sooo much Gavin it is was so hard to cook with
