Solid pick
I've tried multiple brands with the same recipe and I can confidently say this is my top pick. I remove the casing before cooking it and mixing it with beans. Based on those experiences I have noticed this chorizo is less greasy, more flavorful and does not have too many grisly/chewy pieces. This is a frequently bought item, and I appreciate how consistent this brand is

i enjoy this longaniza sausage perfect with any meal you can make breakfast burritos with ketchup added great with on pizza very delicious vey low on smoke enjoy cooking with this i definitely recommend

Reynaldo's longaniza adds a delicious taste to your beans, eggs, hotdogs, and specially potatoes. Reynaldo's doesn't leave a greasy taste in your mouth, perfect spices, perfect flavor.

Longaniza
It was easy to use in recipes, not over powering flavor. In fact additional spices were added to the dish. Definitely will make a future purchase. Suggested uses … Pizza, casseroles, breakfast .

This sausage is also known as Portuguese sausage. It wasn't as good as the sausage I'm use to. Redando's brand is a great brand. I know they sell it in Hawaii.
