This is a great pan if you need it for deep dishes, but good luck finding it in stores. I make a homemade vegan ice cream cake using this pan %26 normal cake pans or even lasagna pans are not deep enough. This one is 4”. I traveled to 4 different Walmart stores (all showed in stock) before actually finding it at the final location. It was great for my Oreo crust, vegan ice cream %26 Tofutti cuties layered up %26 frozen. Be careful when cutting because it will cut easily %26 make a mess, but supporting it with a sheet pan is highly recommended and will keep any messes off your counter and floor.

The pan was deep enough so that when I smoked the Boston Butts, the juices stayed in the pan. This allowed for a better flavor overall. Then some Reynolds foil over the top for the last couple hours of cooking time sealed the moisture in and produced some of the best BBQ we've had.

If you'd like to wander around a dystopian nightmare being filmed and followed only to be approached and asked for your receipt and treated like a criminal for a single use aluminum pan after you have to check yourself out, come to Walmart and buy this bad boy.

it's more used for a warming tray rather than cooking and I wanted to bake something in the oven at a high temperature at least 375 to 425 and I didn't feel safe doing it in that pan it was too flimsy too soft for a high temperature

Flimsy and hard to get out of grill, but great for clean up.
