I love these things.
I had discovered these parchment sheets in my supermarket several months ago, and I find I use them for a variety of tasks in my kitchen. When I am in a hurry, I spread frozen fries or breaded fish filet on a single sheet and the clean up is easy. I spread blanched vegetables or sliced mushrooms on a sheet and put in the freezer. The beauty is that I can stack several sheets of the prepared food, using less space in the freezer. When they are frozen it is easy to simply pour each layer into a plastic bag and store in the freezer. I was disappointed to learn that my supermarket considers this produce as a holiday item, and won't be carrying them until XMas. So, I was delighted to find JET was carrying them.
