Both items help my dry nose. The spray works when I use it but doesn't give me any long lasting relief, but I do still use it because it feels good to my nose. the gel I use at night immediately before I put my CPAP machine on and it's made a big difference in my nose feeling irritated and dry through the night, so I'm very pleased with that component and would write that a five plus. I don't know if I would continue to buy the spray individually it probably depends on the price, but I will definitely definitely continue to buy the gel and would highly recommend it

This is the only spray that has helped unstuff my nasal passages long term. It's moisturizing and has helped me so much. I plan to purchase more as needed.

Worked for my son's reoccurring sinus infections. I would buy again. Keeping the nasal passage moist also helped with my teen daughter's bloody nose issues as well.

I think the product is overpriced for what it is compared to similar products. It does lubercat the nose but not much for cutting through the mucus.
