Excellent product for an amazing price!
Great tool to have when going off roading
got to use it once before it was stolen from my jeep. but it worked great. i loved the gauge.
I had a chance to use this on a recent drive along the Phantom Canyon Rd. in Colorado. While it's not a very rough off-road trail, it had a lot of 'washboarding' along the way, and deflating the tires (Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015) from 32psi to 20psi made the ride much easier, and the tires did not skip around as much. The inflator made quick work of it. Once you learn how to use it, a tire can be deflated to the desired pressure in 30-45 seconds. It does remove the valve stem, but it stays captive within the connector and easily screws back into the valve stem. In case it doesn't seal properly, the kit includes five new valve stem seals. I won't use this very much, but when I do, it helps me get back on the road quickly. For reinflation, I carry a Viair tire inflator. Together they are a good combination for offroading.
I like the product for its functionality, even though I haven't used it yet. BUT, Rhino needs to send instructions with this product. I shouldny have to google or YouTube just so i can learn how to use it. That's why I rated it that way. Also, I didn't get the sticker pack. 😪😪😪
I bought this to replace the one I already had that I misplaced. I got this kit and love the setup only 1 real complaint is the gauge will not hold the pressure to get a proper reading. While on the valve stem it works great. The tire deflators work great though.
The packaging was nice and came with the gauge and the deflators. After a couple of uses the pin on one was useless , not working and was stuck. Used wd40 to unstick , but the deflator still did not work.Gauge worked fine and the other three deflators worked ok. Disappointed.
Upon opening the kit and reading instructions. I attempted to use the deflators. Only 2 of the 4 actually seemed to work. One would not release any air from tire no matter how it was adjusted and the other spewed air from the connection between the deflator and the valve stem and could not be stopped. Was hoping for a quality product but it seems China makes a better product than America, unless these were actually made in China and claim to be American made.
All four would not set pressure. Tried to set for 30 psi and they would let the tires go to 20 psi and still letting air out. I have reached out to Rhino USA for assistance. I hope this operator error and they can help me out. I'll update when I hear from them.
Short story, 2 of the 4 deflators actually work. 1 would not set to any pressure, one had to be backed all the way off and still that was at 22psi. All of them would not hold air at 25psi which is supposed to be adjustable to 30psi. I run 25 psi on street and 12psi on trails. These are simple but didn't even get the job done
