Ive gotten several Rhino USA products and only had one issue which they went above and beyond to make right. This shackle hitch 2' receiver is solid metal and the d ring attach point is 1 inch thick plate steel. I doubt anything will break it. I havent tried it yet but I have no doubt it will perform well. The only thing bad I can say about it is the plastic shackle protector seems like it wont stand up to alot of punishment. To be honest I dont know why anyone who would use this as its meant to be used expect the shackle to remain pristine to begin with. It may prove more useful that I think.

This is extremely well made. The part that slides into the receiver is solid steel so you don't have to worry about breaking anything while pulling someone out. I like the color choices to match my truck. When pulling out a stick vehicle, I prefer this because it's in the center of the truck and doesn't pull you sideways like a standard tow hook, that's off set, would do. Make sure to pick up their locking hitch pin so it doesn't get stolen off your truck. Great product

This is one beefy towing aid. It replaces a much lighter item I was carrying, and now I can pull to the true capability of my Jeep Rubicon in assisting others. And not have to worry about dangerous failures. Quality throughout!

Very well made and great customer service. The issue was my fault but they took care of me. We have these on 3 vehicles and an adjustable hitch for when we tow a flat bed trailer.

This thing is solid, I believe I could pull a tank out of the mud with it. A small tank. I bought a locking pin for it; that's how much I like it.

OK, it all looks beefy and all, reasonably priced, and US made. But I just got the package and the hitch lacks the cotter pin needed to lock it into the trailer receiver on the truck. One more thing to track down before I can use it. A little detail like that would improve the customer experience measurably.
