Great meat from Walmart? who would have thought. Little marinate time salt pepper olive oil. On to the barbeque slow sear medium rare cut with a fork (AAAhh mushrooms little butter garlic onion powder yummy). Fantastic dinner, Champaign lobster bearnaise sauce over mixed veggies a banquet fit for my fantastic wife. Salt with pink and or sea salt pepper fresh ground. Let set covered in refrigerator for 2 hours till absorbed. Crank up the heat on barbeque sear both sides quickly turn down heat to medium bring to 130 degrees center you're done. Charcoal raise grill turn often a little char is ok . Yummm

You have to be flexible when ordering any item such as this, because the order picker most likely takes the packaged steaksfrom the top of the pile. S(H)e isn't fussy for you. They have to pick a unit within the weight range you've ordered. I've only done this once! And the steaks were as advertised. We grilled them, cut away most of the visible fat....and they were good! My wife and I enjoyed the meal, with side salad, baked beans, %26 broccoli.

After waiting for a couple weeks to actually be able to find these steaks in stock, I was very disappointed. Overpriced with a lot of fat and the taste was not very good. I tried to season them up and they were just too thick. I don't know why they delivered me such thick steaks. They were about an inch more. Overrated well not buy these again.

This does not look like the rib eye steaks I usually order. There is very little marbling and it looks more like a strip steak which costs $3 dollars less the rib eye I ordered, yet I was charged for a rib eye. IDK if someone mislabeled this package but it is NOT what I paid for. I can't show a picture of it because my phone is not working right now.

This was delivered to me AFTER I canceled. AND I was charged, after the customer service rep said I would not be charged. Lamees. WalMart obviously has an inventory system that is woefully incompetent. They keep selling me things they DON'T HAVE.

This Is The 2nd Or 3rd Time In A Row And The Last Time I've Gotten These Steaks And In No Way Are They An $ 18.00 Piece Of Meat ! As A Matter Of Fact I'm Returning The Cooked Uneaten Portions Of Both And I've Never Done Anything Of The Such But I'm Not Into Wasting My Money!

These were the worst Ribeye's I have ever gotten from Walmart $40. total waste of money. I cooked them medium, rare they were tough, a lot of fat, no real flavor huge disappointment. This was a delivery order they need to have more experienced people picking out the meat if I could have gone in too buy my own I would have but due to medical reasons I couldn't.

steak was not properly trimmed for a premium price steak, it had a huge strip of grizzle on the edge as well as some inside the steak. it was very tough which we buy ribeye because it's usually tender. this is a rare treat for us so this time a waste of money. reason it was so tough because it had very little marbling

Omg Walmart you should be ashamed of yourself for selling ribeye steaks $2 more a lb and almost half the package is empty. I used to love your big juicy ribeye now you have me speechless on how sad these steaks look and have me crying cause i used to love them. I'm really praying, whoever shopped for my groceries picked the saddest steaks I think I've ever seen vs this is what I've to look forward to from now on. Furthermore, if I would have known what I know now I wouldn't have ordered these sad, pitiful steaks! I've chicken breast on steroids and emaciated steaks! I'm done! I need to go have a good cry now!

I have always gotten delicious tender ribeyes from Walmart and even let my Costco membership lapse cuz all I was getting from them I started getting at Walmart and the ribeyes at Walmart were much better than Costco BUT today I ate the two pack ribeyes from Walmart and like another review said it was full of TOUGH gristle and not the normal marbling I'm used to in a good ribeye so I won't ever buy these again from Walmart! They were the worst I've ever bought and the most expensive only to be terrible quality! I will see what Kroger's steaks are like. Wouldn't recommend them
