Quality ribeye for Valentines

Shirley February 15, 2026

It was delicious! My husband and I shared it for Valentines. It was so thick and it was huge. It was delightful and worth every penny. The quality was apparent in the taste and it was like fine dining. All I needed was some salt and pepper and a grill outside and of course my ❤️ to share it with.

SAVE MONEY BY HALVING!

Mamcameron March 4, 2026

The steak is tender and juicy. I live alone and half it before I freeze. When I thaw to cook, I season with salt and pepper then sear in a small cast iron skillet. Then turn the heat down while I bake my potato and make my garlic toast on hamburger buns. Much better tasting than choice ribeye and comparable in cost by halving it.

My weekly Sunday Meal

melvin October 12, 2025

I Love a great steak...The only draw back is the price of beef is out of this world. $24.00 per pound.. I buy one per month and get 3 meals out of it.. I cook it in the Crock pot that make it so tender with Mcormick pot roast season.. and serve it over mash potatoes..HEAVEN!!!!!!! Oh I make gravy out of the pan dripping and mushroom gravy mix.....

Decent Prime Steak

anonymous July 30, 2025

Good steak that heated up nicely. Tasted amazing. Pay the extra premium for Prime steak or Choice that has more inlay fat that helps create a complex flavor. Cook it at room temp with a good pan for a nice sear then you can finish it in the oven if you want a medium well doneness. I prefer a rare cook so I just sear mine and finish on top of the stove with a little melted butter and salt. Delicious

Steakhouse Quality Without the Reservation

damian January 30, 2026

Absolutely blown away by this ribeye. The cap-to-eye ratio is perfect: plenty of that rich, buttery spinalis alongside a tender center. You can tell this is legit prime beef the moment you unwrap it. Kept it simple: Montreal seasoning, screaming hot grill, pulled it rare. The marbling rendered beautifully and the crust was restaurant-quality. Honestly rivals any $80 steakhouse ribeye I've had, and I cooked it in my backyard. The individual tray packaging is convenient and the sizing is spot-on for a serious steak dinner. Already ordered more. If you know how to work a grill, this is the move.

these steaks were so delicious! the key about buying meat from Walmart is making sure that you're package has that USDA sticker and the blue tray. sometimes it's a black tray, but with steak, the blue tray usually has that USDA sticker. I cooked these steaks on the stove top and they turned out fabulous! now you have to know how to make steak as well. no skipping steps! anyway these have my approval. a little steep with pricing, but for what I got, typical. so it "wasn't overpriced" or anything, but you definitely should have the funds available if purchasing these steaks because they're not cheap either. I spent about $35 on each and we had leftovers!

Your steaks do not taste like steak to me. That is why I bought the prime ribeye. I usually buy the choice. this was no different. I will try someone else's steak next time to see if it's your meat or if it's just me that has the problem. Thank you. 🌷

Grilled steak to my liking, 135, pink all the way through. Looked great but for a Prime cut of beef, forget it. Fat content was over whelming for this cut. 1/2 of fat all around except for the ends where it was about 2" thick. Will not buy this product again especially at that price for Prime Cut was actually on the choice side of tenderness.

These steaks were substituted for the 3 pack that I originally ordered and I ended up with the very expensive steaks and also it shows 2 in a pack but I received only 1 in a pack both were 30.00. I would not have approved this if I had known there were only 1 steak per package. Really flip me out when I seen the prices of the single pack steaks . It shows on my receipt 2 steaks per package 😡
