I have an old knee injury (acl/mcl) and the cushioning makes it comfortable to use. Its easy to put together and use. The "mistake" is it being too easy. I did 50 reps on day 1 beginner level and I'm feeling the burn but it all the right spots. That being said I'm interested in how tone my body will be in a month.
I used this at my daughter's house while I was visiting. I really liked it so much I bought one. It was pretty straight forward to put together. The instructions were easy to follow.

i didnt actually get this product. the seller contacted me and said they were out of stock and offered me a different one. i accepted but wish i hadnt. the one i got is flimsy junk. the worst piece of equipment i now own.
